02.19.15 - A COOL APP I FOUND

Hey guys!  So I was browsing the app store yesterday and I found this awesome app, vinted.  It’s an app where you can buy and sell clothing.  Sort of like a thrift shop.  You can buy some awesome clothes in great condition for a discounted price.  I’m so thrilled I found it and have read nothing but great things about it.

I want to share with you guys because I’m uploading items to sell and I figured you guys would love to check it out as well!  You can also use it on your computer at, vinted.com, it’s super easy to use.  If you’d like to check out my page click HERE.  If you end up purchasing anything of mine, let me know you came from my blog and I’ll add in a special note!

I hope you’re all as excited as I am to  use this awesome app/website!  Enjoy and shop your hearts out!

02.07.15 - JAN FAVS

I’m a little late on this post, but better late than never right?  January flew by so fast it seemed I didn’t have enough time to really enjoy any items, but with my busy schedule these few items REALLY helped me out through the worst times. (Sickness)  Enjoy!!

This baby right here is my life!  I’m so happy I finally purchased it, it’s seriously makes waking up worth it, along with getting ready or working on things.  I just recently bought this record player online at Kohl's at the end of December and it got delivered early in January and it’s one of the best things I’ve spent a decent amount of money on.  Reviews on it weren’t that great, but I went for it anyways and I don’t regret it.  It’s a great music player, very light weight and gorgeous.  I use it everyday!
Since I just got a record player, I needed to get some records! So far I have Californacation by RHCP, 1989 by Taylor Swift, In The Lonely Hour by Sam Smith, and Hozier.  Out of the four Taylor Swift and Sam Smith is what is normally blasting in my room.  All records were so worth the money and they are my babies.  I can’t wait to see my collection grow.  I also recommend you all to check out these artist.  They’re all brilliant.

Since I did travel this month, I need this hand sanitizer to save me from everyone’s germs.  Unfortunately I ended up getting sick, but it’s also been my best friend so I don’t spread too much of my own germs around.  You should always carry and use hand sanitizer on the daily!  You don’t know how gross public places are!
From being sick, I had to blow my nose a lot.  Tissues aren’t very friendly to my nose so Vaseline came to the rescue to help my nose not burn as much.  Also, since I couldn’t breathe through my nose, my lips got really dry and gross from constantly breathing through my mouth.  My eos and Vaseline made my lips soft and smooth.  This is something you could also use on the daily and I think I might start using these overnight!

YES YES YES!  I got a beauty blender for Christmas and it is my favorite makeup applicator.  It’s great for applying foundation and cover up.  I use it everyday and will continue to use it until something better comes along.  This Neutrogena foundation has become my favorite foundation.  I always go to liquid foundations and have used so many but they never worked well with my skin, but I’ve finally found the one for me!  I’m pretty sure I’m the lightest shade they have, Ivory.  This is will def be a repurchase for me!

What were some of your go to items this month?

02.04.15 - HAIR CUT

I wanted to show you guys how short I cut my hair.  My hair was more than half way down my back. It was getting so dead and I was so tired of dealing with it, it was getting so tangled up throughout the day no one wants to deal with all that.  Its been a major transition because I’ve had long hair for 5 years straight and I randomly decided to chop it all off, but I love it and it’s so soft and healthy. Its been worth it, no doubt.

I really love it and now I’m going to grow it out so I don’t have anymore highlights in it and can have my natural hair color for awhile.  It’s gonna be a long processes, but I’m sure I’ll enjoy it.

02.04.15 - TRIP TO NEW YORK (Jan 2015)

Going to New York is nothing new to me.  I lived there for 16 years, but the 2 weeks I got to spend there in January were so much fun and I wanted to share some pictures and things that made me really happy.  (I’m thinking of doing more personal posts like these, so hopefully you enjoy!)

I got this beautiful picture of the sunset right before taking off in Missouri! Watching the sunset/sunrise is one of the perks of flying!
I recently bought a record player and it got delivered while I was in New York so I had to buy a record while I was in New York, so I found this awesome Journeys record. My first record and since then I’ve bought Taylor Swifts 1989 album, Red Hot Chili Peppers Californiacation, and I have Sam Smith and Hozier on the way! I’m super excited.

Hey! Meet my best friend! We didn’t hangout much while I was there but this night we got to and I had so much pointless fun and we got a really cute picture out of a lot of weird looking ones.

This day was just SO GOOD.  We were sitting in the Panera  parking lot and the lighting was good so I had to take a picture.  My boyfriend never cooperates in pictures as you can see.  This day was so much fun and I can’t remember why, but everyday is a good day with him. (Cheesy)

My boyfriend got a puppy!  He’s a silver lab and his name is Silba and he’s SO CUTE. He’s so cuddly and cute I fell in love with him. I miss him so much.
I was sitting on the floor and Silba decided to fall asleep on the shoulder. I told you he was so cute!
